Payment records, subscription status, and payment reference numbers. We do not store card details — payments are processed by our gateway partner (Flutterwave).
Usage information
Pages visited, search queries, profile views, and actions taken on the platform.
Communications
Inquiries submitted through the platform, review content, and messages sent to our support team.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and company profile.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To display your business listing to potential customers.
- To send you transactional emails (inquiry notifications, subscription confirmations, claim decisions).
- To improve platform features and fix issues.
- To verify provider identities and credentials.
- To enforce our Terms of Use and prevent abuse.
4. Information We Share
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With other users: Provider business profiles (name, city, contact details on paid plans, reviews) are publicly visible on the platform.
- With payment processors: Your email, name, and transaction amount are shared with Flutterwave to process payments.
- When required by law: We may disclose information in response to a valid legal request.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as payment records, which we retain for 7 years).
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics, if any, are self-hosted and do not share data with third parties.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at info@zambiawide.com.

You may at any time:
- Access and update your account information from your profile page.

- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
